shuttle busshower drainage problem
the hotel provided a shuttle bus to tung chung every 30 minutes.
The cleanliness in the room was substandard. The shower did not drain properly, and this issue was not resolved , despite immediate reporting.

The room had some issues. a cockroach was in the bathroom. Staff relocated me but it was unsettling. the bar's sauce bottles weren't clean. They offered free meals, but it didn't address the initial problem and future prevention wasn't clarified.
